I use PayPal, the first edition was priced at 42$ US plus shipping. Edit: currently working on a typed version and setting about reviewing publishers yet again to provide the material at a more modest price, want to focus sales on that project once it is ready to publish.

If you live in British Columbia, you may phone/text 250-508-4442 to contact me as well, though the first edition was priced at 44$ CAN. I will however be holding onto the remaining copies as keep sakes or to present as gifts. My time zone is pacific standard time, I keep working hours of 11am to 2pm, though am free later in the evenings, 6 days a week, with sundays off, at some point I will review time zones.
